Two Ways to Wow: Get Olivia Wilde's Sexy Red Carpet Styles
This season. The stunning actress stars in Cowboys & Aliens and The Change-Up and has been hitting the red carpet and talk-show circuit to promote both films. Recently, Olivia attended a Nylon magazine party in her honour as well as the LA premiere for The Change-Up wearing two completely contrasting looks — loose curls at the former; poker-straight locks at the latter. Here's how to recreate both looks at home:S exy waves : For the Nylon event, celebrity hairstylist David Babaii was inspired to give Olivia a look reminiscent of Jane Fonda in Barbarella . Babaii started by applying Couture Colour Pequi Oil Treatment , a restorative treatment, to Olivia's wet hair to give it some lustre, then rough-dried for extra volume. Try Joico K-PAK Restorative Styling Oil ($26.95) for a similar effect. Tip: because the oil closes the cuticle, you won't need to style the hair with a round brush while drying. Babaii then used a two-and-a-half-inch curling tong to create loose waves, rotating the iron both clockwise and counter clockwise. To finish, he used a large comb to feather out Olivia's hair, dried her bangs straight, and applied a bit of the oil for added shine.
