-- MICHAEL J. GARD, 21, of 263 E. Main St., Evansville, at 3:08 a.m. July 2 on County H at Orfordville Hanover Road, Plymouth Township. He also was cited for open intoxicants.
-- NATHAN J. SHOCKLEY, 27, South Beloit, Ill., at 7:46 p.m. Sunday on County K south of Brandherm Road, Newark Township. He also was cited for operating after suspension and unreasonable/imprudent speed.
-- DANIEL J. DEVOY, 47, of 307 N. Walnut St., Janesville, at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday on East Centerway Street and North Main Street.

-- BURGLARY to a mobile home in the 1100 block of Kellogg Ave., Janesville, reported at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday. Reported stolen were two rings and 24 tablets of Ambien.
--ATTEMPTED BURGLARY reported at 4 a.m. Thursday to Julie and Ray’s Liquor, 1621 W. Court St., Janesville. Glass of the side door and drive-through window was smashed with a large chunk of concrete. Janesville police have obtained store video and continue to investigate.
