That controversy came after Barber announced in March he would attempt an NFL comeback, five years after retiring from the game.

He will re-join the league where his twin brother Ronde is still the cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He cited his sibling as an inspiration for his decision to return to the game.

'After seeing my brother still have fun at our age, it reignited the fire. I'm really looking forward to the challenge of seeing if I can get back to the level of where I was,’ Barbers aid earlier this year.

He added: ‘I started working out again recently. It kind of shocked myself. I still had a lot of the strength I had before. I'm really looking forward to making a return.'

The Giants – who won the 2007 Super Bowl, the year after Barber retired - still have two years left on the $8million contract he was under when he left the game. The team therefore had the right to re-sign him but instead released him from that obligation because of tension lingering over Barber's public criticisms of quarterback Eli Manning and coach Tom Coughlin.

How do I get my barbers to show up for work at a respectable time?

The barbers are independent contractors, however the shop consists of mostly walk in customers and the barbers perfer not take appointments. The problem is I open the shop at 8am and the barbers tend ti show up a between 9 and 10. Resulting in a huge loss of morning business....how can I entice them to get here...

You can't, unless there is guaranteed income (from walk-in traffic). Also hairdressers and barbers are notorious party animals they party on into the night and want to sleep in during the 90% dismal business early mornings. Try a happy medium and open the shop at 9:00 am and stay open an hour later. Your a business owner! Make a deal with them. if you stay open an hour later will they come in at 9:00?

also your 8 - 9:00 am walk-in customers aren't very many who are you kidding? Your few 8:00 am customers will all respect you for the hours change what's an hour to a suit anyway? If they (your so numerous walk-in customers)respected you they would make an appointment right? So keep the four 8:00 am customers you have and open for them.
